Our Technology
Using a biodegradable blown film plant, bottom selling and cutting machine, handle cut d-punch machine and a high-speed granule mixer machine, we provide a biodegradable product line. An extruder with a single or twin screw is used to process cornflour granules. These pellets are further processed to create cast or blown films cornflour plastic. To improve mechanical properties, strength, and resistance to water and moisture, these pellets can be blended with naturally biodegradable materials like polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH), biodegradable plastics like polybutylene adipate terephthalate (PBAT), polylactic acid (PLA), and cellulose fillers.
